岗位职责：

1、负责资料档案的归档管理工作，能按照领导要求撰写相关文件;

2、负责公司职员社保、公积金办理及工商、税务、银行方面的外勤工作；

3、负责安排和组织公司员工的团建活动，节假日员工的福利发放;

4、负责办公室用品、固定资产的日常管理及客户的接待工作;

5、负责人员招聘，员工入职，离职手续办理;

6、负责公司员工日常报销工作；

7、完成上级交代的其他任务；

The major business of Wuhan Boray is to provide automatic conveyor system, marriage system of vehicle assembly and non-standard fixtures and tooling in Automotive Manufacturing Industry. As a turn-key system integrator, Wuhan Boray has covered its business scope in project planning, engineering design, equipment fabrication and installation, and system commissioning etc.
