- Post GL entries in CW
- Review AP/AR entries
- Perform & Organize month-end closure in time, work out financial statement (monthly, quarterly, yearly reporting package);
- Prepare GL accounts breakdown and review AP/OP/AR/OR;
- Management Fixed assets;
- Process tax declaration
- Process tax survey and prepare related documents if required by tax officer;
- In charge of outbound remittance registration and non-trade transactions;
- Release payments (above CNY50,000) in e-banking
- Monthly compliance report before 5th per month
- HSBC basic account opening
- Process annual inspection
- Assist on annual auditing
