Position: Technical support/Lab engineer

    Scope of Responsibility: This position will handle the presales technical support and lab routine work of EZ-Mat to ensure this function can support the EZ-Mat sales team effectively and efficiently, reporting to application manager. 

 Key functions:     

 ？    Develop testing methods for metallography sample preparation and hardness solutions in lab to demonstrate the strength of products; 

 ？    Handle customer lab visit tours to increase sale winning chances; 

 ？    Go with sales for product demonstration at customer’s side for key projects;

 ？    Provide technical consultation to sales and customers with phone and email; 

 ？    Participate in the marketing activities, like roadshows or seminars by making presentations and demonstrating products; 

 ？    Translate and proofread new products brochures and manuals;

？    Maintain Shanghai Central lab to assure equipment work normally and keep lab to meet 5S.  

 Requirements:  

？    Materials science/mechanical engineering background is preferred

？    Lab working experience is a plus

？    Fluency in English and Mandarin

？    Familiar with office software

？    Efficient communication with internal/external customers

？    Willingness to travel as needed (occasionally)

？    和销售一起到客户现场进行产品和应用技术交流；

？    通过电话和邮件为销售及客户提供技术咨询;

？    参与路演、研讨会等市场推广活动，进行产品功能演示；

？    翻译部分英文产品技术资料；

？    协助日常维护公司上海中心实验室；

技能要求：

？    材料学或机械相关专业背景

？    有实验室工作经验者优先

？    中英文流利

？    熟练操作办公软件

？    能和内部/外部客户进行有效沟通

？    愿意偶尔出差
