Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily payment process and related banking issues
- Performs AR AP and/or GL
- Responsible for the filling of accounting records and manage accounting vouchers
- Transactions maintenance in QAD, TER review in Concur
- Manage corporate credit cards
- Support Annual internal and external audit
- Review and process employees reimbursements and solve reimbursement problems
- Accounting policies presentation for new staff
- Cash pool tracking and correct booking
- Prepare SGA report
- Assist in cash management according to Treasury requirement
- Other duties assigned by management

Qualification Requirements:
- College /Bachelor degree or above in finance or accounting
- 1 year or above experience of accounting in manufactory company
- Well organized, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills/outgoing personality
- Be familiar with MS office, accounting software and ERP system
- Be familiar with accounting policy
- Capable of working independently under pressure and good team work spirit
- Speak fluently, write and understand English language
