SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION:
This position will handle the customer service work effectively and efficiently to support the EZ-Mat sales team of the work of warehouse administration, order handling and logistic of goods.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ensure the customer information is updated in the SAP system in a timely manner;
Complete the reviewing of the order and ensure that the goods can be delivery on time;
Track outstanding overdue payment on a weekly basis;
Coordinate and supervise sales staff to communicate with customers in a timely manner to collect the payment on time;
Supervise and control the customer delivery planning;
Make good control of freight cost;
Responsible for the Customs Clearance documents;
Make good control of storage and transfer cost;
Responsible for checking logistics bill monthly;
Responsible for the warehouse layout planning and updating monthly Inventory check;
Supervise the warehouse safety issues regarding fireproofing, waterproofing and moisture proofing, etc., furthermore, any potential safety hazard and safety accident should be reported to Customer Service Supervisor immediately;
Responsible for the approval of the supplier’s packaging specification and design and update of customer’s packaging specification;
All other duties assigned by the superior;
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
? University or College graduate
? Preferable to have education in international trade, commercial transactions and customs regulations
? Fluent written English
? Comprehensive experience in using Microsoft Office
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
? 5 years working experience in the position of customer service preferable
