职位描述：
Position: Logistic Officer
Location: Shanghai Pudong

Job Description:
Management of incoming and outgoing goods including customs clearance
Preparation, maintenance and compilation of relevant documents relating to movement of goods (e.g. packing list, commercial invoice/proforma invoice, documents for export custems clearance, order for forwarder/airway bill/bill of lading, taking-over certificate, label, certificate of decontamination)
Organization and implementation of transport logistics (e. g. after consulting with HQ)
Coordination and monitoring of movement of goods (e. g. tools, test tools, spare parts)
Handling and care of the ERP (e.g. accounting, create and book of packing lists, commercial completion of orders)
Cooperation with external authorities (e.g. customs, CCIC, AQSIQ), including the provision of necessary documents
Refer to changes of import regulations

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree.
3+ years logistic experience in semiconductor industry
Completed commercial apprenticeship
Professional experience in the range of logistic, transport and customs clearance
Safe handling of ERP-system MS Dynamics NAV
Good Englisch skills in both written and oral
Negotiating skill
Experience with special economic zones
Experience with rules of origin
Intensive cooperation with Broker, also with regard to CCC 举报 分享
