KEY SERVICES:

• Production planning assistance:
• Assist for daily production planning making based on MPS and issue to MFG.
• Daily production plan execution monitor and regular review with MFG.
• Production efficiency review and attainment data collect & report and efficient communication with planning engineer and manufacturing dept
• MFG system maintenance concerned with planning function.
• F/G pull system execution and maintenance
• KMS implementation concerned with planning function
• Weekly & Daily Schedule Attainment report Making

• Shipping planning assistance:
• Delivery instruction preparation
• Delivery creation & maintenance in VEGA
• Efficient communication with W/H, Im&Export, MFG, Finance, Customer service for shipping.
• F/G external warehouse basic communication for logistics management
• Shipping report to customer
• Shipping history trace & documentation
• Outbound premium cost collection and document.

• Production, Shipping information collection, communicate with other dept. in plant if necessary
• Organize some activities for the plant.

QUALIFICATION:

1. Education Background

College above

2. Skills and knowledge

a. Skilled computer operation

b. Skilled knowledge in Windows, Micro office Software etc.

c. Basic oral and written English skill

d. 工 Knowledge on MPS, MRP is preferable

3. Working experience

a. Working experience in MPS is preferable

b. Background in multinational company is preferable
4. Activities organization experience

5. Full of animation and spirit
