What are my responsibilities?

- Be responsible for ICA production planning and warehouse operation to ensure on time delivery to customers.

主要负责公司亚洲绝缘件中心生产计划和库房管理，保证产品按时交货。

1.Lead logistics and planning team to meet company target, including on-time delivery performance, inventory turns and material utilization...

2. Responsible for raw material warehouse management, including receiving, storage and dispatch raw material to workshop.

3. Be in charge of master and detailed planning for workshop production to ensure order on-time delivery to customer.

4.Work closely with PU team to optimize raw material procurement based on inventory control strategy.

5.Coach employees for individual career development

6.Drive the team for continuous improvement with lean CIP projects

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- At least 2 years of working experience on planning.

- Working in multi-national company.

- Over one year as team leader experience

- Basic transformer knowledge

- Very good communication and coaching skills

- Good English skills

- Excellent IT skills
