Responsibility:

-Lead the engineering developments including the process for
project, process for series
production, tooling development (injection mold)

-Organize the engineer team, involve them into the top issues of our
business

-Organize the engineer team, involve them into project and eliminate the
issues in the project phase

-Ensure the implementation of the standards of the method and tooling of
the region, PG and Group

-Setup the competences development plan of the site based on the region's
plan

- Manage the
training for the team, to be sure that the team's competence improve constantly
and match the site and the region's requirements

-Complete the tasks assigned by GM and Region

Requirement:

-5 years team management, good communication
abilities,

-8 years experiences of in process or methods,
tooling in lighting industry or similar product

-knowledge of plastics technologies, assembly
and mechanical,

-knowledge of quality tools and methodologies
industry, weekly report.

-Audit experiences for process and quality
system.

-have the experiences of the project
management

-Bachelor Degree of Engineering

-Fluent English
