职位描述
Responsibilities:
Check his budget and make necessary adjustments
In charge of quality improvement activities
Be responsible of respecting production planning
Be responsible for production line layout and display board
Apply, promote and improve SMED in daily activities
Organize, implement and improve plans with the supervisors and technicians in different lines
He is the privilege contact with other functions (logistics, R&D, etc) to optimize the delivery, cost and the quality of production
Ensure good social climate in his area and inform to the department of human resource all suggestions for improvement of his domain
Be responsible for the training for the personnel in his department
Consolidate the result of production line on regular basis according to the division rules
Be responsible for the safety in his production line
Be responsible for scrap cost reduction
Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other equivalent ones
Above 5 Years of related working experience with at least 3 Years working experience in mass production plant at equal position
Good knowledge of TS16949
Experience of Lean Manufacturing is preferred
Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking
