职位描述：
1.Bachelor degree of electrical or electronics engineering required
2.AutoCAD capability preferred
3.Able to understand Transducers (Load, Torque, Flow meter, Temperature) & LVDT.
4.Knowledge in servo and motion controls (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider, Siemens).
5.Able to understand & program PLC (Modicon, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens), CNC experience is plus
6.Able to develop standard and specialized processes and tooling used in manufacturing production
7.Good personal communication skill
8.Able to read blueprints (ie. Controls schematics)
9.Able to understand and apply manufacturing standards and tools, including PDP, P/DFMEA, SPC, etc. – not a mandatory
10.Able to generally understand the industrial hydraulic, pneumatic system and controls
11.Able to demonstrate qualified skill to operator and willing to work at the floor with operator
12.Able to clearly communicate in written and verbal English
13.Able to lead related team member (Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing)
