Purpose of the position:
Manage and support customer business implementation projects professionally to meet customer service requirements and key performance indicator (KPI) in alignment with the respective Business Implementation team.

The primary scope of the role is:
-Support and ensure transition phase from business award till go-live and stabilization is managed at a high quality, time, cost and customer satisfaction
-Validate and analyze Global Master SOP and overseas implementation requests
-Verify if processes can be implemented within APAC as requested and provide gap analyze
-Coordinate implementation roll-out in alignment with APAC or overseas BIM team

Key Tasks:
-Support business implementation projects
-Take lead on assigned project tasks and execute as per project timelines
-Analyze business requirements
-Design operational process in alignment with Business Unit Operation, subcontractor, Key Account and Business Implementation
-Issue Local SOP and Work Instructions depending on the business scope
-Validate and ensure billing process is correctly set-up and documented
-Collect and update operational contact and escalation matrix
-Provide business specific process training to local Business Units and Subcontractor
-Support vendor workshops and/or provide training via conference calls to vendors
-Translate vendor specific instructions in to local language (mainly Chinese)
-Identify risk and develop mitigation plan in alignment with project team to avoid interruption during business transition
-Validate sailing schedules and flight mappings issued during RFQ process and update if required
-Propose improvement initiatives to increase process efficiency
-Compliance with global and country business implementation process, tools and system (PanConcept)
-High standard for quality
-Facilitate and coordinate escalation process during implementation phase
-Ensure handover document signed off by relevant project stakeholders after project closing
-Update and upload required documents to C-ODP

-As per SLA guidelines provided by Business Implementation

-Good knowledge of the air freight industry
-Good knowledge of the ocean freight industry
-Operational forwarding process know how (Procurement, Customer Service, Document Processing Export and Import, Customs Clearance, Billing)
-Ability to review, analyze and understand
-Basic understanding of project management

Educational background / Work experience:
-Bachelor's degree or college graduate
-3 years of work experience preferred in an international environment (minimum)
-3 years of overall industry experience (minimum)
-2 years of experience in Project Management (minimum)

Language Skills:
-Excellent English and Chinese is mandatory (written and spoken)
-Other languages (written and spoken) a plus

Computer Literacy:
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software(Excel, Word, PowerPoint and others), expert of Excel and PowerPoint preferred
-Knowledge of Panalpina Applications preferred
