职位描述：
Main Activities:
? Manage and issue quality and logistics claims to suppliers within corresponding Delfingen systems.
? Launch, analyze and follow-up the supplier corrective and preventative action plans
? Update the Supplier Panel evaluation and communicate with the Region Purchasing Manager the status of each supplier.
? Manage the Supplier Improvement plans in cooperation with the Region Purchasing Manager.
? Coordinate and manage with Region Purchasing Manager all suppliers signing and acting in accordance with the Supplier Requirements Agreement.
? Manage the supplier quality certificates, document the certificates internally and ensure updated certificates are maintained for each supplier.
? Manage the quality audits (systems and processes) at supplier facilities.
? Coordinate and manage preliminary audits for new suppliers.
? Process and system audits for new items in project phase.
? Corrective action audits in serial phase due to quality claims.
? Participate in the Supplier Nomination Committee in Project Phase or in Serial phase in case of resourcing.
? Be involved in the APQP process for all new components from initial launch to serial phase.
? Follow up the performance of the suppliers (including the whole PPAP process validation).
? Manage the actions plans with the suppliers in case of modifications (deviations…).
? Participate in the improvement process by compilation of the lessons learned.
? Prepare monthly reports of the Key Performance Indicators and Highlights with the relevant explanations. To consolidate and analyze the indicators for the NCA scope.
? Provides input for Development of Incoming Inspection control plans.
? Maintain AQP supplier list
? Incoming Inspection of resins
? Assist in training new personnel to perform duties for which he/she is qualified to perform.
? Conducts supplier development activities and coordinates with Region Purchasing Manager CRP initiatives.
? Develop internal quality alerts for incoming inspection
? Reviews 8D from suppliers
? ISO 14001 implementation and follow-up
? Conducts training to all personnel in ISO 14001 related topics
? Assists in audits, studies and activities required to ensure Quality System Compliance and reports results to site management.
? Other duties as assigned by Purchasing Manager, Quality Manager or Plant Manager.

Profile:
a. Qualifications:
? B.A. / B.S. in Quality Assurance (related experience in the Quality field may be substituted).
? Experience in Gage R&R techniques, SPC and other technical/analytical methods.
? Automotive APQP, PPAP experience required.
? Ability to properly communicate to suppliers, internal and external customers.
b. Experience:
? Minimum 3 years quality experience in a high volume continuous process environment under ISO 9000: 2000 QMS (TS-16949 preferred)
? ISO-14001 EMS, Environmental Rules and Regulation knowledge
? Lean manufacturing environment is a plus.
? APQP Process
? Auditing quality systems and processes internally and externally
? Working knowledge of calibration and statistical software. 举报 分享
