Assist (Senior) Financial Analyst for –
协助（高级）财务分析 -
?Review and verification payment applications for both staffs and external vendors.
审核员工和外部供应商提交的付款申请
?Ensure all of claims are validated and aligned with related financial /Tax policy
确保所有索赔在符合财务/税务政策的前提下生效
?Ensure all purchase invoices posted accuracy and timely with enough supporting /approval
确保所有采购发票在获准后准确及时过帐
?Bank and cash daily payments
负责现金和银行日常付款
?VAT invoices purchase, issuance and verification
增值税专用发票购买、 核发和查验
?Finish all VAT-input invoices certification and deduction accuracy and timely
完成所有增值税发票认证，及时准确地进行抵扣
?Responsible for monthly AP reporting, such as monthly balance sheet breakdown
负责每月应付账款报告，如月度资产负债表明细
?Process Interco transactions and do quarterly Interco reconciliation in accordance with accounting principles
推进集团内各国之间的相互交易，根据会计原则做季度平摊
?Delivering to the tax bureau the tax declarations
向税务机关提交纳税申报
?Finish all temporary tasks from line manager
直线经理安排的其他工作
岗位要求：
?Bachelor degree or above, financial related background
?0-3 years financial related working experience. Oracle/ERP system experience is preferred
?Good command of English. Excellent Excel skill
?Solid communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem solving skills
?Ability to work independently and under pressure, proactive, self-motivated and with high integrity
