Responsibilities:
Main tasks:
1, Ensure the following sales actions:
A. Develop and validate new distributors in Asia-Pacific region (except China market): plan and actively search for potential new distributors in the geographical area; negotiate and build profitable new distribution agreements; ensure the commercial and technical support.
B. Management of existing distributors in the region: generate, execute annual goals and plan development; make the daily sales operations, key projects and customer support.
C. Develop new and grow existing key accounts in the geographical area: lead sales activities and co-ordinate the distributors or KAM of other subsidiaries to achieve an aggressive sales plan, according to the Group and the company's key account sales strategy.
2, Coordinate the technical support team to provide timely support for distributors.
3, In the framework of group's development strategy generate, execute the annual sales plan for each country in the geographical area.
4, Work with marketing managers to determine the regional marketing guidance and the actions plans.
5, Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications Requirements:
？ Japanese or French nationality.
？ Bachelor Degree in mechanical or electrical engineerin, business management or relative major.
？ 5+ years working experience in machinery and equipment industries.
？ 2+ years working experience in direct sales in China.
？ Fluent in English (both in written and in oral).
？ Strong analytical abilities with an understanding of key business metrics.
？ Self and target driven, highly organized and customer-oriented.
？ Excellent communication and presentation skills
？ Sympathetic to different cultures
？ Frequent travels are required.
