Chief Marketing Officer
Job responsibilities
1. Ability to develop and implement research, layout, sales strategy, sales plan for new products to overseas market.
2. To Set up and manage the sales team, standardized sales process.
3. Making the sales target, sales mode, sales budget and incentives; leading sales team to complete annual and monthly sales target.
4. Achieve the foreign market promotion, new customer development, channel construction, etc.
5. Be the key person in developing the overall business strategy;and control work process.
6. Conducting sales personnel performance assessment.
7. Focus on maintaining and improving company market competitiveness.
Requirements:
1. Education background:
bachelor degree or above, majoring in foreign language, international trade, marketing, power electronics related major.
2. Work experience:
8 years of market and work experience in marketing, and 3 years or above relevant industry electronic field middle or high position of overseas market sales management experience; Familiar with electronic products overseas market sales and channel construction, having the certain industry customer resources preferred;
3. Knowledge:
a strong foreign market development ability, proficient in international trade basic flow and knowledge; Good team organization and management ability ;Be good at interpersonal relationship; Good language skills, fluent oral English.
4. Quality requirements:
loyalty, integrity, sedate, meticulous, has the strong enterprise, energetic, healthy body, expansive optimistic, having a pioneering spirit.
5. Salary:
1,000,000 CNY / year
