2. 建议和管理工艺部的预算,包括工时、家具、设备等
Proposes and manages budget for engineering group: engineering hours, furniture, equipment, etc.
3. 建议和维持工艺部员工的技能熟练度
Proposes and maintain competencies in engineering group.
4. 保证产品、工艺流程和设备是根据质量程序、客户要求、集团规定和所在国行业要求来开发
Ensures that products, processes, and equipments are being developed following quality procedures, as required by our customers, by group policies, or per state of the art of the industry.
5. 参与管理会议和工作回顾
participates to management meetings and reviews.
6. 支持R1程序,通过监控顾客需求、工业发展、供应商网络和伙伴识别潜在的新技术、工艺流程和创新
Supports R1 T process by monitoring client base, industry development, suppliers’ network and partners to identify potentially interesting technologies, processes or innovations.
7. 在项目和客户期待方面为其他工程师提供咨询
Act as an advisor to other engineers regarding projects and customer expectations.
8. 和其他部门合作,制定设计、技术、产品发展和销售的战略
Work with other departments to establish a design, technology, product development, and vendor strategy.
9. 保证市场需求和产品功能和技术能力相适应
Ensure that marketing literature match product specifications and technical capabilities.
10. 所有技术文件，技术资料及技术图纸的分类，编号归档工作
Technical paper classification of all technical documents and files, number and place on file.
