ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Allocate the work to the customer service representative (CSR);
Supervise daily operation and improve the efficiency of CSRs;
Ensure the customer information is updated in the CRM system in a timely manner by CSRs;
Supervise the CSRs to complete the reviewing of the order and submitted to the factory fastest in order to ensure that the goods can be delivery on time;
Track outstanding overdue payment on a weekly basis;
Support other functions when it’s needed;
Coordinate and supervise sales staff to communicate with customers in a timely manner to collect the payment on time;
Generate and maintain the order track list to National Sales Manager on a weekly basis;
Generate and maintain the customer leads list to National Sales Manager on a monthly basis;
Train and develop CSRs to senior position;
Supervise and control the customer delivery planning;
Supervise and control the material requirement planning;
Make good control of freight cost;
Make good control of storage and transfer cost;
Responsible for the 3PL management;
Responsible for the full set LC documents;
Responsible for the warehouse layout planning and updating;
Make sure of warehouse safety issues regarding fireproofing, waterproofing and moisture proofing, etc., furthermore, any potential safety hazard and safety accident should be reported to Managing Director immediately;
Responsible for the approval of the supplier’s packaging specification and design and update of customer’s packaging specification;
Strictly control the package fee for accident;
All other duties assigned by the superior;
