Job Objective工作目标:

To ensure the equipments in your area of responsibility run normally by the trouble shooting and continually improvement to meet team’s goals in term of delivery and cost.

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

• Make the plan of daily patrol inspection and equipment maintenance and monitoring the result. Make sure the standards related available and effective.
• Diagnose and repair the machine in time if the machine is broken, analyze the cause of the breakdown, find the solution to reduce the MTTR, setup the contingency program.
• Instruct and training the maintenance worker on site.
• Prepare the spare parts and other material in order to ensure the PM implementation.
• Place spare parts purchase request according to the equipments condition and update the spare parts list in time, control the day-to-day consumption of spare parts.
• Take part in the equipment improvement and new equipment design, debug.
• Complete the tasks from supervisors.

EHS：

• Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules.
• Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements.
• Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline.
• Be responsible for own area risk assessment and keep on updating.
• Before work, check all tools/equipment; Follow Permit to work, LOTO, special worker mgmt, etc, while working.

Job Requirements工作要求

• College and above, majored in mechanics and automaton.
• 8+ years work experience on electrical trouble shooting with specific tools
• Good English (Both oral and written)
• Skilled in PC operations, PLC or automation control system programming with specific software like

(SIEMENS STEP 7/SIMOTION SCOUT & FANUC PMC)

• Electric engineering background.
• Proactive; Healthy; Good interpersonal relationship; Good team spirit; Ability to solve problem.
