JOB SUMMARY
Jabil is looking for RF System Integration & Radio Power Management to become part of its team. As a RF System Integration & Radio Power Management you will be required to take full ownership of assigned projects, developing test strategies, test plans, test hardware, automation software and implementation for cutting edge RF telecom products (Cellular Radios, Small Cells, Microwave Radios Etc...)
In addition, you also will support product integrity activities and interact with senior engineers of other Jabil organizations, account primes, and customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Ability to perform Radio: hardware, software and network integration along with performing system level verifications.
? Participate in design and validation review
? Develop radio power management algorithms
? Develop Radio Power Management test plans, test procedures, and clearly document test results for the lab environment and in the field environment.
? Identification and resolution of system, design and manufacturing issues
? Interface with manufacturing and design to ensure quality product with targeted yield

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
? Knowledge of industry standards, base-station minimum performance and regulatory requirements
? Experience with simulation tools, Matlab and C programming languages
? Experience with Radio Power Management algorithms is an asset
? Experience with Hardware Integration and comfortable with providing design inputs
? Understanding of RF link budgets and impairment analysis such as Raleigh fading, interference at the module and system level
? Understanding of digital communication theory with emphasis on Bit Error Rate, EVM and System Noise Figure calculation
? Experience with RF test equipment and methodologies such as network Analyzer, signal analyzer and spectrum analyzer
? Experience with Labview ATE
? Proven technical and interpersonal skills in a multi-function and dynamic team environment.
? Strong written and verbal communications skills
? Test experience to include requirement verification in a lab environment as well as product validation in a field environment a strong plus.
? Team player with internal customers and supply partners
? Excellent Interpersonal skills

Skills

? Understanding of link budgets and RF system noise analysis
? Knowledge of test methods and techniques in relation to Cellular and /or Microwave Radio test engineering
? Understanding the difference between test cases for manufacturing vs. DVT
? Strong knowledge/understanding of Radio technologies and modulation such as LTE, CMDA, WiFi, QPSK, FDM, TDM etc.
? Familiarity with Radio test measurements and development of tests using these measurements: IP2, IP3, ACPR, EVM, Single tone and two tone desense, Gain flatness etc…
? Strong RCA and troubleshooting skills
? Strong data analytical skills (including SPC, CpK)
? Strong desire of accountability and ownership
? Ability to develop project schedules, budgets and track projects to completion
? Fluent in use of standard MS tools
? Strong Plus: Automation skills, and familiarity with LabVIEW, C++, C#, Python
? Works well within a team environment – a true team player!
? Self-starter, highly motivated and has the ability to sift through corporate structures to find the right people to get the right information.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
? B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
? Minimum of 3 years RF system and integration experience, preferably with base-station products 举报 分享
