Responsibilities:
？ Compile / update the Credit Operating/procedure manual.
？ Conduct the credit assessment and make recommendation.
？ Ensure all key credit terms are in conformity with the approved ones upon funding disbursement.
？ Ensure the lease agreements and all other legal documentation is under proper control.
？ Compile / update the list of all risk control reports.
？ Ensure the punctual delivery of all type of risk control reports.
？ Assure all legal documentation is legally valid.
？ Compile / update a full list of 3rd party agents like law firm and collection agents.
？ Follow up on the rental repayment of all existing clients.
？ Focus on resolving the delinquent accounts.
？ Take part in managing the ZCI Leasing.
？ Co-ordinate the upgrade of computer system.
？ Conduct regular financial / operational analysis on selected existing clients.
Requirements:
· Minimum 15 years of demonstrated credit management and risk control experience, with at least 5 years of managerial experience.
· Demonstrated experiences in construction industrial and transportation industrial is an asset.
· Strong negotiation, interpersonal, investigation, and facilitation skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
· Expert knowledge of credit principles and risk management techniques including credit scoring for acquisition and account management.
· Strong presence and can interact effectively with senior management.
· Self-motivated individual with ability to demonstrate good leadership, strong organizational skills, able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
· Ability to travel frequently as required.
