ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS：
1、Coordinates daily production and tasks of operators to ensure 5S, Safety, OTD, Quality and Productivity
2、Provides training and guidance to operators
3、Performs research, design and development of manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods and production equipment (including any production related jigs, fixtures and tools).
4、Monitor the TPM of all production equipment to ensure the running of production cells
5、Responsible for product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement and better productivity.
6、Creates and maintains standard works at cells.
7、Prepares and maintains detailed layouts of the building, work cells and other production equipment.
8、Performs other assignments as directed
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE：
1、Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree in mechanical, industrial or manufacturing engineering.
2、Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing. Prefer experience in the manufacture of equipment.
3、Prefer candidates with a working experience of leading group.
4、Prefer candidates with a working experience in Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
5、English language skills (verbal & written) required.
6、Prefer candidates with a working experience in TS16949 and PFMEA.
7、Computer skills in Microsoft Office.
8、Creative problem solver
