Educational Requirements

Job Experience and Skills

· At least 3 years relevant work experience in process establishment, optimization.

· Strong communication skills and team work spirit

· Quality tools knowledge

· Problem analysis and solving process

· Quality skills and production experience

· Experience in SMT, electronic controller assembly industry

MAIN JOB ASSIGNMENTS

· Evaluate and establish new process according to the production in Qingdao EECON.

· Manage the changes and run process certifications till approval by technical global team.

· Outsource suppliers to provide the tools and machines to follow our technical inquiries.

· Perform and promote technical training for production operators.

· Interface with EECON Brazil process and product engineers.

· Execution and records of the preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipments.

· Assistant of supervisor to manage the whole production area related to the machines, equipments and software.
