职位描述
1. TEAM LEADER OF MERCHANDISER TEAM (QUOTATION AND PRODUCTION MERCHANDISERS)
2. COOPERATION WITH OTHER TEAMS
· Strengthen cooperation with other teams such as: technicians, QC, Lab in order to secure best garments for bulk production.
· Share experience and problems with rest of the teams to improve and learn by our mistakes.
3. COOPERATION WITH Headquarter
· Create a good dialogue with buyers and section managers in headquarter.
· Encourage team to take more approvals and decisions in sourcing.
4. COOPERATION WITH SUPPLIERS
· Good knowledge of suppliers' price, quality, capacity & lead-times.
· Evaluate Suppliers performance together with the rest of the team. Involve in capacity management (planning and evaluation) together with production.
