Job Summary:

Direct or coordinate forecasting, production, purchasing, warehousing, and distribution activities to limit costs as well as improve data accuracy and customer service. Examine existing procedures and practices to find opportunities for streamlining activities to meet product distribution needs. Direct the movement, storage and processing of inventory.

Principal Responsibilities:

? Create and Implement a Supply Chain model that meets the needs and objectives of the business.

? Monitor Sales and Sales Forecast Activity to understand and anticipate customer demand.
监控销售及销售预测,了解并预测客户需求
? Working with Production Management, create and schedule production to meet customer requirements while maintaining the business approved inventory levels.
与生产管理合作,编制生产计划满足客户要求,并维持库存水平
? Oversee the procurement function for production related materials, maintenance and capital requirements, transportation and other service contracts as well as indirect and expense needs.
监管生产材料,维护保养、固定资产、运输或其他服务类的采购活动,同时包括间接物料和费用类需求
? Oversee the Customer Service function in support of the Sales Department and customer needs.
协助销售部门和客户需求,监管克服职能
? Oversee the warehouse and inventory control activities to support production and customer needs.

? Oversee the coordination of logistics activities between the factory, customer service and the customer base.

? Working with IT, become the ERP lead for the Supply Chain function.

Job Requirements:

? Establish a working model of how the business will meet the customer demand – either through sales from Inventory or Market Rate of Demand Replenishment.

? Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to understand both the volumes and the timing of the forecast data.

? Actively participate in the procurement of high value commodities and services. Monitor expenditures to budget and pricing to standard costs. Oversee the establishment of vendor quality performance criteria. Develop and initiate a productivity improvement / cost reduction program.
积极参与重大产品或服务的采购活动。监控预算与开销及价格与标准成本。建立供应商质量绩效标准。参与产能提升及成本削减流程
? Manage the creation and communication of responses to customer inquiries, the creation and entry of sales orders, the creation of order confirmations and creation of proforma invoices as required.
管理客户询价沟通反馈,创建并输入销售订单,确认订单,并按要求制作形式发票。
? Coordinate with Quality Control on the implementation of quality standards for both incoming material as well as outgoing finished products. Create monitor a physical quarantine locations for rejected materials as required. Research and implement a bar code scanning system that can be used to identify materials to establish traceability as well as monitor inventory level.
与质量管理部门合作,执行来料及发货质量标准。按要求监控不合品物料隔离区。研究并执行条码系统,识别建立物料的可追踪系统,从而监控库存水平。
? Coordinate logistics to support the sales and customer needs.
协调物流,支持销售和客户需求
o Actively participate in negotiations between PCY and logistics providers to include 3rd party warehouse companies as well as transportation companies - for both inbound and outbound freight – such as trucking companies, ocean carriers and air carriers.
积极参与PCY公司与物流服务商的谈判,包括第三方仓库,运输代理公司,如货运公司、海运公司及空运代理
o Coordinate logistics needs between PCY, PCC, PCS, and PCE.

? Maintain good relations between and within departments to facilitate efficient operations.

Educational Background:
教育背景
? Required is a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Management , Supply Chain, or Logistics
管理、供应链或物流本科学历
o The preferred is Master’s degree in International Business.
优先考虑国际贸易硕士学历
? Also required - Highly fluent in English in both written skills as well as verbally

? Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Production Control, Procurement or Logistics functions is required. A demonstrated progression of increasingly more complex assignments that have yielded significant accomplishments for the employer.
