Position as Material Quality Engineer （MQE/济南某知名美资汽车零配件企业）

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Drive supplier quality improvement plan to achieve Zero defects at site level
* Get supplier’s claim analysis and action plan (PDCA/FTA) in less than 3 days via official claims system (e-quality ) .
* Validate supplier’s claim action plan implementation in less than 8 days via official claims system (e-quality) to avoid reoccurrence.
* Share supplier quality claim knowledge and experience across VS/Sites ( Lessons Learnt ) .
* Deviation concession notice management due to supplier quality claims
* Involve Commodity Quality Engineer if required ( quality claim escalation process ) .
* Supplier process audits , if required by the Commodity.
* Define IQC (Incoming Quality Control) plan for incoming goods.
* Design changes and design reviews contribution.
* Participates in project handover to VS (xCDP, CRP) after PPAP validation.
* PPAP: samples handling, organize measurement, initial assembly on the line validation.
* To drive continues improvement process (CIP) together VS.
* Comply with company rules and policies, including Supplier Quality Assurance Manual.
* Improve processes in collaboration with Business Improvement Teams.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
* Supplier Quality performance for the site (field claims, 0km claims, ppm, supplier incidents) .
* Supplier COPQ (cost of poor quality) for the site.
* # of recurrent supplier incidents.
* # incidents close in less than 8 days.
* # of deliveries to control.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Degree in Engineering .
* Fluent in English and other European language (German, French, Polish) is an asset.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality.
* Minimum 2 years shop floor experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Automotive experience in matrix environment is an asset .
* Six Sigma certification is an asset.
