Our client is a famous Fortune 500 enterprise in automobile parts industry.

JOB TITLE: Process Engineer

JOB PROFILE:
· Provide machining expertise for the implementation with appropriate equipment, machines, tooling, fixtur es, jigs, and quality equipment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and implement the process systems in operation, including WI.
· New Product Introduction quality planning (APQP) and PPAP.
· Specify machine requirements.
· Select machines.
· Maintain data in SAP.
· Design fixtures and tools.
· Maintain the effectiveness of all equipment within BU.
· Continuous process improvement activities.
· Responsible for production output.
· Provide product and process related training to VS members.
· Promote safety awareness within the BU.
· Maintain 5S standards within BU.

EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 5 years of operational experience in CNC machine tool environment, special in steel and cranksha ft machining.
· Hands-on working experience of project planning and installation.
· Experience in related manufacturing and heating.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Competent in English (acceptable verbal and written).
· Mechanical engineer.
· Experience with machining jig, fixture, tool design.
· CNC programming.
· Control system design for fixture.
· Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
· Experience with Pro-E.
· Exposure to lean concepts.
