Software Lead Analyst

Job Responsibilities

Has overall responsibility for Entitlements baseline data accuracy, integrity, accurate reconciliation of entitlements against installed inventory, and discrepancy closure

§ Update Hardware data repository upon request

§ Validate and register software entitlement data to system in a timely manner

§ Maintain software entitlement repository and renew before software expiration

§ Compare software entitlement data to installed software data to identify variances

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)

Mandatory:

• Fluent spoken and written English and good communication skills
• Ability to follow work instructions and execute with consistency
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills
• Eye for details
• Strong time management skill

Preferred:

• General understanding of industry standard software vendors, and software contract T’s & C’s
• Software Asset Tracking & License Management experience
• Experience in corporate / supply chain business systems; eg. SW license / contract management, Procurement, fulfilment, Order management
• Strong Excel operational skills eg. Navigation, formatting, formulas/functions, writing Macro using VBA.
• Ability to operate standard IBM intranet tools
• Ability to multi-task

Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates)

· Bachelor degree majoring in IT, Management, or English
