Principal Accountabilities主要职责
-Provide leadership and direction for the safety of all employees and visitors to the facility
给全体员工及到访者提供设备的安全指导
- Lead, track and improve performance on key location goals and objectives
领导、监测和改进在关键位置目的及目标的实行。
-Develop key teammembers for improving individual and organization performance
领导关键成员提高个人和组织的绩效
-Lead performance management and corrective action processes for assigned group
引导指定人员进行绩效管理和纠正措施过程
- Continuously improve plant performance through process improvements and use of lean methodologies and targeted KPI’s.
通过改进工艺和精益方法持续提高工厂绩效和关键指标
- Maintain positive employee relations
维持良好的员工关系
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Sales, Scheduling, Warehouse, Shipping, etc.) to optimize production requirements
与其他部门相互协作（如销售、计划、仓储、运输等部门），优化生产要求
- Analyze data to make sound decisions and solve problems concerning production issues
分析数据做出合理决策，解决与生产相关的问题
- Work with upstream & downstream people & processes to exceed customer expectations
与前后相关人员或流程配合，超越客户的预期
Qualifications职位要求

- High School Diploma or above – Technical or Bachelor’s Degree a plus
高中学历学历–技术或学士学位者优先
- Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience working in a production environment.
至少3-5年有高速、高强度、制造业主管工作经验，有丝印生产经验者优先
- Demonstrated success in measuring and improving processes to meet organization goals
在衡量和改进工艺方面能够满足组织要求
- Willingness and ability to work flexible shift hours, which includes some weekends
具备灵活调班的意愿和能力，包括周末时间
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
优秀的口语和书面沟通能力
- Ability to coordinate with other departments and managers and work as a team
在同一个团队中工作，与其他部门和经理相互配合
- Knowledgeable at maintaining accurate employee documentation and files
懂得保持员工准确的文档和文件
- Proficiency using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
