Position Purpose:职位设置目的
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have previous experience as a production manager with graphic experience. An understanding of the printing processes, proper file preparation and the ability to design and manage projects throughout the production cycle is required.
该职位应注重细节，具备生产经理的工作经验和制图工作经验。熟悉印刷工艺，适当的文件准备，能够在生产周期中设计和管理项目。
Accountabilities:主要职责
Must have a sound knowledge of screen printing techniques and principles. Knowledge and understanding of electronic art files and the use of Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Understands film processing and prepress operations for screen printing, digital sublimation, digital direct, and color management and philosophy. Strong organization and planning skills are required. Written communication using printing terminology for customer feedback a plus. Manager will establish printing goals and guidelines for the team driving continuous improvement. Establish impression per hour goals to meet production schedule and provide employee feedback. Participate in budget planning working with graphics process engineer focused on quality, cost, delivery, innovation, safety, morale, and environment as key deliverables. All deliverables will be reviewed weekly during BPT meetings
具备丝网印刷技术和原理知识，熟悉电子文件，能够使用Photoshop以及Adobe Illustrator。熟悉底片处理，用于丝网印刷术的预压机操作，数字升华，数字直接以及颜色管理和设计原则。优秀的组织和计划能力。能够运用与印刷有关的专门词汇对客户进行书面反馈的优先考虑。该职位负责确立印刷目标和指导原则，促进团队的不断进步。确定每小时印数，确保按生产进度完成，并提供员工反馈。与制图工艺工程师一起，参与预算制定，将质量，成本，交货，创新，安全，道德以及环境作为关键的交付产品目标。所有的交付产品需在每周的BPT会议上接受审查。
Qualifications:职位要求
？ Technical or BS degree in Graphic Design, production or related field a plus.
工学或理学本科学历，制图设计，生产或其他相关专业的优先考虑。
？ 5+ years of Production experience required. Graphic’s background desired.
5年以上的生产工作经验，有制图背景的优先考虑。
？ Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) required.
熟练使用微软办公软件以及Adobe Creative Suite（设计，Photoshop以及Illustrator）。
？ Good communication skills and team work spirit.
优秀的沟通能力，具备团队合作精神。
