Position Title Production Supervisor生产主管

Principal Accountabilities主要职责
1. 组织、管理、控制和监督生产系统，以达到公司对成本控制、产品数量以及质量等方面的要求；
Organize, manage, control and supervise production system to meet the requirements in terms of cost control, production quantity and quality.
2. 管理生产活动中的各种活动和资源，协调生产过程、生产流程，保证生产活动正常运行;
Manage various activities and resources in production process, coordinate production process to ensure that production activities run properly.
3. 根据生产加工流程和技术要求确定所需人员的资格条件、工作步骤，分配工作任务；
Define qualifications and work procures of required personnel according to production process and technical requirement, assign relevant tasks.
4. 综合平衡生产任务，制定每周及每天生产计划，做到均衡生产；当发生生产停顿时的恢复计划，按情况变化调整生产计划；
Balance production tasks comprehensively, make weekly and daily production plans to achieve stable production; make recovery plans during downtime and adjust production plans accordingly.
5. 领导建立和完善质量管理制度，组织实施并监督、检查生产质量体系的运行；
Take the lead in establishing and improving quality management system, organize, supervise and review the implementation of quality management system.
6. 支持质量问题的调查和改善计划，建立品质看板和品质报告；
Support investigation and improvement plans of quality problems, establish quality card and complete quality report.
7. 组织产品工艺方案、工艺流程的设计，编制作业指导书、质量控制点指导书等工艺文件；
Organize the design of production plans and process; write process documentations such as operation instructions and quality control point instructions.
8. 与研发部门密切合作开发新产品，革新技术和工艺流程以及改进产品质量；
Work with research department to develop new products, update technologies and process as well as improve production quality.
9. 制定与实施生产成本控制计划，编制部门预算和人员预算，审批部门工作各个环节的费用；
Make and implement production cost control plans, prepare budgets for the department and personnel as well as review the cost of each link in the department.
10. 组织维修、改造生产设施和设备的维护，保证生产现场能够正常生产，设备处于良好状态；
Maintain and improve production facilities and equipments to ensure regular production and good status of equipments.
11. 建立每周或每天生产状况报告；
Establish weekly or daily report of production status;
12. 主持部门员工的任用、培训和考核等各项工作。
Take the lead in recruitment, training and appraisal of department members.
Qualifications 职位要求
? 理工类或相关专业大学以上学历。受过生产管理、质量管理、LEAN、5S等方面的培训。
Bachelor degree or above in science or engineering or other related background with training in production management, quality management, LEAN, 5S, etc.
? 5年以上相关行业生产管理协调经验，在生产主管岗位上工作2年以上。
Minimum 5 years experience of production management in related industry with at least two years in the position of production supervisor.
? 优秀的领导能力、判断与决策能力、计划与执行能力、沟通能力；
Excellent leadership, abilities of judgment, decision-making, planning, implementation and communication.
? 能承受较大的工作压力；
Able to work under pressure
? 能够带领团队，较好的团队合作精神；
Leadership and teamwork spirit
? 有相关行业生产管理经验者优先。
Production management experience in related industry is preferred.

Principal Accountabilities主要职责
