Position Purpose职位设置目的
该岗位负责协助应付账款专员，运用K2的ERP系统，在标准操作程序的指导下，处理供应商的支付发票，以供上级批准和支付。确立相关程序，确保符合审计文件和记录保存要求。保存合同记录。
This position is responsible for assisting accounts payable in processing all vendor invoices for payment using K2 ERP system and within guidelines of standard operating procedures for authorized approvals and disbursement terms. Establish procedures to meet auditable files and record retention requirements. Maintain records of contractual commitments.
Principal Accountabilities主要职责
Responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. 在接到收据的48小时内，处理并登记发票。
Process and enter all invoices within 48 hours of receipt.
2. 保存应付账款资料，按月更新相关文件，
Maintain AP files, includes updating folders monthly.
3. 负责审核并验证公司报销费用单据，并进行相关账务处理；
Responsible for reviewing and verifying reimbursement requisitions and performing relevant account treatment.
4. 负责准备并处理电汇，支付供应商；
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments to suppliers.
5. 协助进行会计月结，包括把当前的全部发票记录到ERP系统，负责利息数据表和对账等；
Assist in month end closing including entry into ERP system of all invoices on hand, maintaining accrual spreadsheet and other reconciliation tasks as requested.
6. 提供用于审计的支持文件
Provide support documentation for audits.
7. 负责相关方面的税务处理。
Responsible for tax affairs.
Qualifications职位要求
？ 大专学历，一年以上财务工作经验；
College degree or above, minimum one year working experience in finance AP.
？ 了解国家相关会计制度和会计准则；
Knowledge of national financial systems and accounting standards.
？ 良好的计算机应用能力，熟练使用MS办公软件以及数字键计算器；
Good computer skills, proficient in MS office software and ten-key calculator.
？ 有ERP相关经验优先
ERP experience is a plus.
？ 良好的团队精神和沟通能力，诚实守信
Good communication skills and team work spirit, honest and credible.
