Position Purpose:职位设置目的
Provides leadership and delivers engineering team leadership and expertise to the execution of projects. Project engineering plays a key role in overall planning and organization of the project execution and leads the engineering team through the design phase of the project.

Accountabilities:主要职责
1. Help develop and control project scope, project planning, resource planning, and scheduling,
协助开发并控制项目范围，项目计划，资源计划和时间安排。
2. Plan, direct, execute, review and report on all process design activities involved in development projects and process/product improvement projects. Interprets results and translate into actionable recommendations/business solutions for on-time, in-budget execution.
计划，指导，执行，审查并报告开发项目以及工艺/产品改进项目中的全部工艺设计活动。理解结果并提出可行的建议/商业解决方案，以确保能够及时地采取行动，并确保在预算范围内。
3. Define project tasks and resource requirements
确定项目任务和资源要求。
4. Lead identification, evaluation and implementation of new enabling technologies to create new and/or improve current processes to drive competitive advantage and/or improved efficiency.
在新的促成科技的识别，评估以及实施中起领导作用，创建新流程，改善现有流程，以实现竞争优势，提高效率。
5. Help identify and work with outside suppliers for product development of various parts or technologies and processes. Work with sourcing team on achieving cost goals. Work with IQC team to define QC specs and standards.
协助发现外部供应商，与外部供应商合作，负责各部分，技术以及工艺的产品开发。与采购团队合作，实现成本目标。与来料检验团队合作，确定质量控制规范和标准。
6. Plan and schedule project timelines
制定项目时间表。
7. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
运用适当工具，追踪项目交付成果。
8. Provide direction and support to project team
为项目团队提供指导和支持。
9. Clearly and concisely communicate key project milestones to upper level management.
清楚并简明地向高一级的管理层汇报关键项目进程。
10. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
提交关于项目进度，问题以及解决方案的报告。
11. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
实施并管理项目变更以及干预，以实现项目产出。
12. Project evaluations and assessment of results
项目评估以及结果评价。
Qualifications:职位要求
？ BS degree in engineering or related field
理学学士，工程或其他相关专业。
？ 5 years of engineering experience
5年工程工作经验。
？ 3 years project management experience
3年项目管理经验。
？ Proficiency with MS Office.
熟练使用微软办公软件。
？ Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication, in English and Mandarin
优秀的人际交往能力，良好的英语和普通话口语以及书面沟通能力。
？ Well versed in all aspects of development and manufacturing processes: CAD, tool making, material selection, injection molding, metal processing, parts finishing, and assembly.
熟悉开发和制造工艺：CAD， 工具制作，材料选择，喷射模塑法，金属处理，部件磨光以及装配。
