Position Title Finance Analyst 财务分析师
Budgeted Department Name Finance Department 财务部
Reports To Title FPA Manager 财务分析经理
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Establishes and owns the following review mechanism:
1. PPV performance – material prices compared to target, analysis of key issues, variance analysis and follow-up on monthly basis
2. Material cost matrix and different products routing and BOM review
Establishes and owns the following weekly (monthly) reports:
1. Industrial performance, in terms of yield, scrap (material consumption), WIP, and labor and workshop efficiency.
2. Inventory movement vs plan – RM, WIP, FG, spare parts, ,low movement stock and obsolescence stock analysis
3. Variance analysis (labor & overhead absorption variance) and follow-up, eg cost center analysis on account line level and headcount analysis compared to plan.
Supports in developing target costs and cost-down roadmaps
1. Organization cost saving initiatives.
2. BOM cost saving initiatives
3. Other cost reduction programs such as utilities savings, etc.
4. Supports the purchasing department in implementing cost study and modeling, and behaviors per commodity group and per supplier.
5. Defines, establishes and measures productivity, efficiency and utilization norms used for labor cost and overheads planning
6. Set up and owns the cost model for manufacturing costs in terms of norm/standard costing.
7. Supports Pre- and Post-calculations of products with respect to factory cost variance;
8. Facilitates and supports detailed and explainable Factory capacity planning (from available days to uptime to cycle time to maximum outputs) within a 5-year horizon.
9. Product/customer profitability reporting and analysis – support margin management in the marketing/sales team.
10. Coordinate with costing teams in annual Factory planning and Budget preparations;
11. Coordinate with costing team in reviewing and updating standard cost in IFS;
12. Ad hoc scenario building/modeling in support of decision making on the management team level.
13. Cost of quality analysis.
14. Supports and assistance to FPA manager in sharing, coaching and management development of staff members in FPA team.
15. Supports any ad hoc requirements by the management team.
Requirements
1. University graduate with major in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration
2. 5+ years experiences in manufacturing gained in MNC
3. Well-organized and analytical with good business acumen and ability to meet tight deadlines
4. Self -initiative, proactive, ability to work under pressure
5. Good management, strong communication and analytical skills
6. Excellent Access, excel and Power point skills
7. Excellent reading and written English
