该岗位负责建立所有培训政策和程序,,在公司人力资源战略规划的指引下安排培训活动。
This position is responsible to establish all training polices and procedures and to arrange training under the guidance of the company’s human resources’ strategy.
Principal Accountabilities主要职责
Responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. 确定和评估公司内部培训需求,建立全公司范围的培训计划,
Identify and assess training needs within a company and create a company wide training plan.
2. 监管日常培训活动,包括培训的及时性和有效性;
Monitors the daily training activities associated with the timely and effective delivery of training.
3. 根据项目目标监督、分析和评估培训效果,提供改善建议;
Monitor, analyze and evaluate effectiveness of training based on program goals and provides suggestions for improvement.
4. 记录培训结果,管理培训档案,汇总培训分析报告以确保符合内外部审计要求;
Record training results, manage training files and collect training analysis reports to comply with all internal/external audit requirements.
5. 建立和开发内外部培训渠道,形成内部讲师制度;
Set up and develop internal and external training channels, develop internal instructor system.
6. 建立内部培训师制度,管理和协调培训讲师,并负责基础技能课程的培训授课;
Set up internal trainer policy to manage and coordinate training instructors, to deliver soft skill related courses.
7. 负责改善和控制培训预算;
Responsible for the development and control of the training budget.
8. 充分利用内部资源建立新员工引导项目;
Leverage internal resources to establish NEO program.
9. 支持生产部开发技能矩阵以及一线员工技能提升系统;
Support production team to develop skill matrix and shop floor skill progression systems
10. 协助人力资源高级经理开发及管理各类评估系统及工具以确保公司可以识别并支持高潜力员工的发展;
Assist Senior HR Manager to develop and manage assessment processes and tools to enable the organization to identify high potentials and support development of HIPOs.
11. 制订培训系统,流程和资源库并推动学习型组织文化的建立;
Establish local training systems, procedures, resources pool to promote learning culture.
Qualifications职位要求
? 大专以上学历,人力资源等管理类专业;
College degree or above, majored in management such as human resources, etc.
? 五年以上大型制造企业培训工作经验;
Minimum five years working experience of training in large manufacturing enterprises.
? 精通HR培训模块,能够熟练进行培训需求分析和运用评估工具;
Good grasp of HR training modules, ability to analyze training demand and use appraisal tools.
? 优先考虑有建立培训系统经验的候选人
Experience to set up training systems is a plus.
? 良好的语言表达和沟通能力,良好的激励能力;
Good expression and communication skills, ability of staff motivation.
? 良好的团队精神,较强的工作责任感;
Team work spirit, strong sense of duty.
