Position Purpose职位设置目的
该岗位负责制订人力资源核心政策,流程并领导人力资源内部改善项目。
This position is responsible for setting key HR policies, procedures and to lead HR internal projects.
Principal Accountabilities主要职责
Responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. 制定和实施人力资源计划与进程,帮助实现公司战略目标.
Develop and implement HR programs and processes that help achieve the business strategic direction.
2. 通过与高管人员的合作,确定工厂的业务需求,主导组织变革和设计,并实施适当的解决方案。
Lead organizational change and design by working with senior management to identify business requirements and implement appropriate solutions for the Factory.
3. 驱动人力资源改善项目并完成定义项目的目标。如员工保留,能力模型及绩效管理系统等。
Drive HR initiatives to achieve defined project goals in terms of employee retention, competency model and performance management program;
4. 推荐新方法、政策和程序,在辅导,发展,人员保留等方面协助员工及经理。
Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to assist employees and managers in couching, developing and retaining their staff.
5. 担任人力资源数据和报表处理中心;实施和维护月度、季度和年度报告,包括个性化、特设及标准报告,以支持人力资源所有领域和其他需要的业务模块。
Implement and maintain monthly, quarterly & annual reports, including custom, ad-hoc and standard reports to support all areas of HR and other business functions as needed.
6. 协助薪酬计划的管理,包括薪资调查报告,编制人力资源相关数据,如劳动时间、福利、保险、病假和考勤。
Assists in administration of the compensation program to include reporting for salary surveys, compile statistics related to Human Resources such as labor hours, benefits, insurance, sick leave and attendance.
7. 通过适当的方式,应对员工的疑问,审查问题及员工关注点。
Respond to employee questions, review issues and employee concerns in an expedient manner.
8. 监督并驱动员工意见调查的行动方案执行
Monitor and drive action plans for employee survey
9. 积极参与年度人头计划的制订及相适应的内外部人才招聘策略。
Proactive participate in annual Head Count planning to prepare hiring strategy for both internal and external resources.
10. 全面、客观地考察员工关系问题和投诉,提出适当的解决方法。
Thoroughly and objectively investigates employee relations issues and complaints and makes recommendations for appropriate action.
11. 支持人力资源其他模块工作的开展。
To support other HR functions arranged by Senior HR Manager.
Qualifications职位要求
? 大专以上学历,人力资源等管理类专业;
College degree or above, majored in management such as human resources, etc.
? 五年以上大型制造企业培训工作经验;
Minimum three years working experience of training in large manufacturing enterprises.
? 精通HR培训模块,能够熟练进行培训需求分析和运用评估工具;
Good grasp of HR training modules, ability to analyze training demand and use appraisal tools.
? 优先考虑有建立培训系统经验的候选人
Experience to set up training systems is a plus.
? 良好的语言表达和沟通能力,良好的激励能力;
Good expression and communication skills, ability of staff motivation.
? 良好的团队精神,较强的工作责任感;
Team work spirit, strong sense of duty.
