Position Purpose职位设置目的
该岗位负责协助成本主管核算产品成本，追踪成本变化，提供成本预算和报价。
This position is responsible for assisting the costing supervisor in cost accounting of products, tracking cost changes as well as providing cost budget and quotation.
Principal Accountabilities主要职责
Responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to, to the following:

1. 维护原材料、半成品、成品的标准成本；
Maintain standard costs of materials, semi-finished products and finished products.
2. 负责成本的月度结算；
Responsible for monthly cost settlement.
3. 所有成本科目的余额和对表；
Responsible for balance and reconciliation of cost account.
4. 预算和实际费用的比较；
Compare budget with actual expenses.
5. 原材料的消耗审计；
Audit the consumption of raw materials.
6. 间接费用的分析；
Analyze overhead cost.
7. 周和月的财务报表；
Responsible for weekly and monthly financial statements.
8. ERP系统数据的录入和维护。
ERP system data entry and maintenance.
Qualifications职位要求
？ 大专以上学历，财务或者审计类相关专业；
College degree or above, majored in finance or audit or other related.
？ 三年以上工厂类财务经验，一年以上成本核算经验；
Minimum three years working experience of factory finance, with at least one year working experience of cost accounting.
？ 熟悉国家各项会计制度、会计准则；
Familiar with national financial systems and accounting principles.
？ 有基本的会计体系知识，熟悉标准成本会计；
Equipped with basic knowledge of accounting system, familiar with standard cost accounting.
？ 良好的逻辑分析能力和对会计数字的敏感；
Good logical analysis ability, sensitive to numbers.
？ 熟练使用MS办公软件
Proficient in MS office software.
？ 有ERP相关经验
ERP experience is required.
？ 良好的团队精神和沟通能力，诚实守信，较强的工作责任感。
Good communication skills, team work spirit, honest, conscientious.
