Position Purpose职位设置目的
该岗位负责编制和监控工资预算,完善薪资福利体系,以及社保公积金的管理。
This position is responsible for drafting and controlling compensation budget, establish compensation and benefit system as well as managing statutory benefits.
Principal Accountabilities主要职责
Responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. 进行薪资福利的市场调查,结合相关法规,制定和完善工资福利体系;;
Conduct market research of compensation and benefits, draft and perfect compensation and benefits system according to relevant laws and regulations.
2. 监督和管理工资福利制度的执行;;
Supervise and manage the implementation of compensation and benefit system.
3. 薪酬福利数据的统计和分析,人工费用的分析报告;
Responsible for the collection and analysis of compensation and benefit statistics, complete analysis report of labor cost.
4. 负责处理公司员工福利问题;
Be primary contact for the company regarding employee benefits questions and issues.
5. 社保公积金的缴纳;以及员工享受相关保险公积金待遇的协助办理;
Responsible for the payment of statutory benefits, assist in arranging other insurances and public accommodation funds of the staff.
6. 管理员工考勤和休假、核算监督工资福利的发放;管理人事档案;制定员工离职分析,并提供改善建议;
Manage attendance and leave of absence, check and supervise payment of compensation and offering of benefits. Manage personnel files; complete analysis of leaving staff and provide suggestions for improvement.
7. 管理日常的员工薪资福利相关事项;
Manage daily compensation and benefits of the staff and other relevant affairs.
Qualifications:职位要求
? 本科以上学历,人力资源等管理类专业;
Bachelor degree or above, majored in management such as human resources or other related field.
? 四年以上大型制造企业薪资福利工作经验;两年以上主管岗位经验;
Minimum four years working experience of compensation and benefit management, with at least two years in a supervisor position.
? 精通HR薪资福利模块,熟悉薪资福利相关法律法规;
Good grasp of HR compensation and benefit modules as well as relevant laws and regulations.
? 掌握与员工沟通的技巧,能有效的对员工进行激励;
Good communication skills, ability to motivate staff.
? 良好的团队精神,较强的工作责任感;
Team work spirit, strong sense of duty.
? 熟练使用MS办公软件
Proficient in MS office software.
