Financial Reporting Manager

Job Description:
· Management of the general accounting according to US and PRC GAAP to provide the highest level of financial services
· Preparation of quarterly/monthly financial reports and forecasts to ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with Company guidelines and local requirements
· Preparation of meaningful analysis, interpretation and presentation of accounting and financial data for the Regional/BU Controller and site manager to enable them to make the best business decisions
· Maintenance and improvement of financial and accounting procedures and systems, to ensure the legal entity/country has the best financial control systems to achieve its objectives
· Monitoring Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets activities.
· Application of internal control procedures and/or recommend modifications as required, to ensure that legal entity/country business is conducted in line with company policies
· Ensure legal entity internal and external audits are performed and recommendations implemented to ensure that business operations are conducted according to Company policies and legal regulations
· Directing and coordinating the preparation of accurate financial information and statements
· Support the Regional Controller and/or Division Finance in the implementation, maintenance and documentation of financial systems to ensure the legal entity has the best systems in place
· Lead and motivate direct reports to improve personal and unit performance
Qualification:
· University degree (finance/Accounting)
· Familiar with EPR system, familiar with US & PRC GAAP and tax regulations
· 4 years experience in finance management.
· People management experience. Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Experience of working in an international environment
· Fluent of both Chinese and English speaking and writing
· Self-motivated and Result-Orientated
