Design & Technical Supervisor （美国独资医疗设备行业，要求懂光学，英语熟练，有研发背景和管理经验）
工作地点：上海浦东
Reports To: Design & Technical Manager
Purpose/Objective:
To ensure the designs meet the demands. Manager the Design & Technical Department ‘s daily work .
Area of Responsibilities:
Leading design team including mechanical,electrinical & optical engineer
Concept & system. Design of educalional & cliniclal microscope
Functional team leader in new Microsystems project in charge of bellowing items.
ü Product specifications
ü Design progress & Quality control
ü DFM & DFA (Design for Manufacture & Design for Assembly)
ü DFC (Design for cost)
Sustaining production
Person Specification
Bachelor degree, majored in engineering, physics is preferred
With Min. 5 years of R&D experience
Basic optical knowledge
Profound knowledge for machining & mechanics assembly process
Experience in mechanics design
Pro-E experience
Good management and leadership skills
Very good communication and influencing skill
Fluent in both oral and written English
Familiar with MS-Office(Word,Excel,Outlook,PowerPoint)
