Production manager:
Main Goal, to manufacture at the lowest way possible the product with the highest standard of quality with a family or team atmosphere, and keeping in mind Lean for both Follea China and America.


1). Coordinate together with
A). Financial Dept, to understand costing of each product and to lower the manufacturing cost, using ERP
B). Cross Train People to perform multiple jobs, to keep them busy always
C). Use Pull system
D). Continue outsourcing and grow it
E) have the smallest employee factory as possible using the smallest amount of space.
F). Quick training and evaluation system tied to salary
G). Know the product and visit customers to understand the customer requirements and quality standards, don’t do things if not necessary, manufacture the best product for customer
H). Make perfect SOP, understand the product
I). Supermarket storage room concept
J). Try to make customer delivery in 4 weeks
K). Look at using a hair bank
L). Help Line mangers grow, treat all manager equal, invite all for coffee
