Position Purpose:
The Director of HR will play a key role in providing HR support and guidance for management and employees. The position reports directly to the General Manager.

Principal Accountabilities:
1) Administer and direct the operations of the Human Resource department.
2) Administer orientation training for all new hires, including managers.
3) Oversee the recruitment process with qualified applicants.
4) Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws.
5) Comply with all established personnel policies and procedures of the company.
6) Keep current with all wage and salary administration; conduct area salary surveys annually
7) Keep open communication between all associates and managers.
8) Administer and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
9) Administer claims for unemployment and worker's compensation.
10) Administer all payroll and benefits, including all group insurances.
11) Monitor performance appraisal system and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
12) Counsel and mediate with associates and departments.
13) Establish and monitor departmental meetings and necessary trainings.
14) Must maintain constant open communication with the General Manager

Qualifications:
1) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, human resources, management or related field required.
2) Minimum of seven years of increasingly responsibility in Human Resource experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
3) SPHR or PHR preferred.
4) Must have experience supporting a front line organization.
5) Ability to organize multiple tasks and manage projects thru to completion on schedule
6) Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook required.
7) Safety management experience.
8) Experience in the Outdoor Industry a plus.

Tang Rui Investment Consultancy (Weihai) Co., Ltd. is the wholly owned subsidiary of China Solutions registered in Weihai in 2012. One of the projects we are working in Weihai now is long term management outsourcing for a US Fortune 500 company Greenfield startup forecasted to put into production end of 2013 with a total land space of 100,000 square meters. We are now seeking to hire approximately 100 management and professional staff covering the varied disciplines of production, engineering, quality, purchasing, material, logistics, finance, HR, EHS, facilities, and administration. We also look to hire approximately 1,100 production staff and workers. Upon completion, this plant will be the largest manufacturing base of the industry.
