职位描述
Position Purpose:
Responsible for the overall direction, control and management of all activities within the manufacturing and logistical operation of the company.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Developing manufacturing and operational strategic plans and generally overseeing their implementation to ensure maximum capacity utilization of the manufacturing units towards achieving the group’s strategy, growth and profit objectives.
2. Responsible for formulating policies, programs, and objectives affecting the schedule, quality, and cost of manufactured products. Directing and co-coordinating production according to quality and quantity specifications within cost objectives.
3. Oversee planning and implementation of production plans including receiving sales forecasts; requisition for procurement of raw materials; and manufacturing of products
4. Identify and adapt technological advances to meet the group’s competitive objectives within the marketplace.
5. Lead the implementation of new manufacturing initiatives, including strategic resource allocation and applying good manufacturing principles, organization structure, leadership, sourcing and integration, production systems and techniques for improved efficiencies and adherence to best practice
6. Providing strong leadership to the employees at the plants, ensuring high morale, team work and good employee relations, at all levels, including on the shop floor.
7. Ensuring all divisions within the manufacturing area are properly staffed and co-ordinate to perform duties effectively.
8. Promoting the development of favorable employee relations to further the organization's production of quality goods.
9. Oversee all operations and logistics the plants and maintain financial discipline.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
2. Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
3. Knowledge of raw materials
4. Knowledge of quality systems and standards
5. Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance
6. Knowledge of process improvement techniques
7. Knowledge of business, finance and management principles
8. Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
9. Knowledge of machines and tools

One of the projects we are working in Weihai now is long term management outsourcing for a US Fortune 500 company Greenfield startup forecasted to put into production end of 2013 with a total land space of 100,000 square meters. We are now seeking to hire approximately 100 management and professional staff covering the varied disciplines of production, engineering, quality, purchasing, material, logistics, finance, HR, EHS, facilities, and administration. We also look to hire approximately 1,100 production staff and workers. Upon completion, this plant will be the largest manufacturing base of the industry.
