职位描述
Position Purpose:
The Director of Finance will be responsible for management of the company’s financial forecasting and planning. The company is comprised of several International business units, which need to be translated and consolidated. This position requires strict management of timeliness to ensure internal and external deadlines are realized. In addition, help define and review key performance metrics (Consolidated and by BU) and ensure they are being achieved. Also, focus upon business unit sales and margins, inventory management, key financial metrics, forecasting accuracy, and analyze ROI for potential new product introductions.
Principal Accountabilities:

<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Review sales and margins by business unit, product line, specific SKU profitability, and provide recommendations based upon findings.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Analyze key performance metrics for each business unit and provide early insight into potential deviations from plan or forecast.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Manage multi-year forecasts and monitor performance, by business unit and product line, towards each specific target.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Review business unit financial assumptions; inventory management, sales pricing models, expense management, and other key drivers.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Review current processes and help drive innovative ways to improve efficiencies within the business.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Assist with the due diligence process on potential acquisitions.
Qualifications:
<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Bachelor’s degree in Finance with 10+ years of experience, CPA a plus.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Extremely strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and provide recommendations in a timely manner
<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Ability to organize multiple tasks and manage projects thru to completion on schedule
<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Possession of advanced Excel skills, Access, PowerPoint, and experience with Hyperion/HFM is preferred.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Experience in the Outdoor industry a plus.
