JOB SCOPE (State briefly purpose and scope of the position)
Process Engineering Manager will work with overseas Customers for new product development and manufacturability of products in China based factories. Internal production processes will be developed to ensure the Quality of all products and maintain the cost standards. Plan and coordinate the activities of the engineering team. Set team goals and objectives and ensure they are in line with overall company objectives
工艺工程经理将与海外顾客一起，负责新产品开发和中国工厂产品的制造生产。开发国内生产流程，确保所有产品的质量，维持预计的成本标准。计划并协调工程部门的活动。确立团队目标，并确保其与公司整体目标相一致。
工作职责
JOB RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
- Process Planning and Optimization;
- 计划并优化流程。
- Guides and coordinates Advanced Manufacturing activities within development, process and operational projects
- 在开发，加工和操作项目中指导并协调先进制造活动。
- Ensures, supports and develops manufacturing capacities in plants, monitors and audits adaptation of manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant
- 确保，支持并开发工厂的制造生产能力，监督并审查制造过程的改进活动，确保使用最佳方案并达到相关标准。
- Quality assurance of the deliverables
- 确保交付产品的质量
- Be in charge of the quality execution of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering tasks as defined on PLUS timeline
- 按照PLUS时间表，确保先进制造工程任务达到质量要求。
- Equipment Identification, Selection and Maintenance requirements
- 设备鉴定，选择和维护。
- Monitors assembly equipment through production start up (Equipment verification process), stimulates Total Productive Maintenance in new projects
- 在生产初期监控装配设备（设备确认过程），促进新项目中的全面生产性维修。
- Manpower Planning & Budgeting
- 人力资源规划及预算
- Implementation of Process improvement concepts and tools
- 工艺优化理念及工具的实施执行。
- Improves the plant and process layout for new and existing products
- 为新产品和现有产品改进厂房和工艺布局。
- Provides cost analysis of product and process alternatives to achieve cost savings
- 提供产品和流程替代品的成本分析，以节约成本。
- Improves process specifications and recommendations regarding ergonomic, support continuous improvement activity in plants (KAIZEN) to improve quality and improve efficiency and reduce downtime
- 改进流程说明书，提出更好的工程方面的相关建议，促进工厂活动的不断完善，以提高产品质量，提高生产效率，减少停工时间。
职位要求
QUALIFICATIONS (List minimum qualifications for job, education, experience, other).
- Bachelor’s degree or above, Master’s and/or other advanced academic degrees preferred.
- 本科或以上学历，具有硕士或其他更高学历的优先考虑。
- Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering Background, 5-8 years of working experience in mechanical engineering field.
- 制造/机械工程专业背景，5-8年机械工程领域的工作经验。
- At least 2 years of work experience in management position.
- 至少2年的管理经验。
