Our client is a famous German owned enterprise in machinery industry.

Responsible for:
· Creation of training materials
· Implementation of trainings
· Create training schedules
· Accompany project (change management)
· Ensuring and delivering high quality interactive training sessions
in:
o Implementing management and leadership training curricula corresponding to the customers’ needs,
o Leadership and Management
o Change Management
o Communication
o Creativity and Innovation
o Personal Development
· Making knowledge fully up-to-date in the relevant fields, while acquiring and improving his/her own knowledge
· Delivering existing behavioural skill development programmes
· Set up one common understanding of management
· Developing leadership skills of all managers to a higher level
· Create curricula with internal costumers frequently
· Accompany the change processes of managers during the implementation phases occasional
· Occasional communication with other company organizations in China
· In the future also external communication (plan)
· Inform about training results (feedbacks) in frequent reports to the management level
· Implement and accompany different programs to improve the leadership and team work in the company (as a trainer instead of a leader)

Educational Background
? Bachelor degree or higher
(Knowledge about Production management, Lean Management, Economics and so on)
Professional Knowledge and Experiences

Qualification:
? Dynamic, high energy and enthusiastic facilitator and corporate trainer.
? Fluent in English.
The person needs to have:
? a track record in inter-personal, organisation and presentation skills
? a strong classroom presence.
? an excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Personal profile:
? At least 3-5 years in training design and delivery
? Interpersonal and presentation skills
? Very good knowledge in Leadership and Management (ideally he/she was a leader or in a similar position for about 5 years)
