我主要的任务：

     我与面料开发和迪卡侬生产采购团队合作，与制造供应商一起运行面料产品工业化项目，以确保稳定、可持续和可靠的批量生产。

我主要的职责

    我参与制定与迪卡侬面料范围相关的技术要求。

    我在供应商中推行并维护迪卡侬产品规格，并根据迪卡侬的生产要求在工厂现场评估生产过程。

    我与工艺工程师，生产团队和制造供应商合作，共同开发优化的生产解决方案，以保证工艺流程的可持续性，并在质量稳定的前提下提高生产率。

    我至少50％-60％的时间会在供应商的生产车间，以确保供应商的制造过程稳定且符合环保要求。

    我建立并管理生产控制计划。

    我主导产能计划制定，保证制造过程的柔性；同时我开展培训，以确保我的供应商能够满足迪卡侬面料生产的所有要求。

    在我的职责范围内，我保证我负责的所有供应商产出的相关系列面料质量稳定统一。

    我定期检查供应商的生产效率，通过保证高生产率以降低成本和工业生产时间。

我的资历： 

    纺织相关专业毕业并在面料生产领域具有3年以上工作经验

    热爱运动，充满活力和正能量；

    拥有高度的责任心和良好的组织能力，具有团队合作精神；

    脚踏实地，以顾客和结果为中心；

    分析能力和逻辑思维能力强；具备较强的好奇心和上进心；

THE JOB OBJECTIVE:

Collaborating with fabric development & Decathlon production teams, I manage industrialization with manufacturing suppliers to ensure stable, sustainable & reliable processing in mass production phase.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• I participate in setting up technical requirements standards related to my fabric range for Decathlon.

• I implement and maintain Decathlon product specification in my supplier and evaluate the production process on-site in the factory based on Decathlon production requirements.

• I co-work with Method Engineer, Production teams and Manufacturing suppliers to develop optimized production solutions to implement sustainable process and increase productivity with stable quality.

• I work at least 50%-60% of my time in my supplier/s production workshops to ensure that manufacturing process on my supplier side is stable, low polluting and right first time.

• I build and manage Production Control Plan of my perimeter (process/ product/supplier).

• I focus on production capacity planning, manufacturing process scalability, workforce training to ensure qualifications of my supplier/s to meet all Decathlon requirements for fabric production.

• I guarantee same and stable fabric quality whenever production in planned in multi-production sites

• I guarantee that the fabric quality of all factories producing my fabric range is uniform, identical and stable

• I regularly check the efficiency for Decathlon production in the factory and guarantee high productivity to decrease cost and production lead time.

• Graduated in Textiles with working experience in knitted fabric production.

• Fluent in oral and written English (including Textile Technical English)
