【岗位职责】
Accomplishes complexity monthly tasks & MEC timely a accurately, meeting SLA
Meets operational standard by monitoring process, identifying & resolving problems/issues/errors
Quality assurance, review tasks result and reconciliations
Works with stakeholders on MEC planning, data pre-checks and quality control
Handles queries from country team and Global Reporting team
Prepares documentation, e.g. issue log, governance materials, metrics and DTP etc.
Provides support to Leader & Manager on RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
Supports on continues improvements by identifying opportunities

【岗位要求】
Fluent in English reading and writing
Full-time college degree or above
Willing to work under pressure and overnight during the MEC
Accounting background with minimum 2 years’ experience with Bank Reconciliations, Account Reconciliation, Intercompany Reconciliations, manual journal and MEC
Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different countries
Quality Management, good at processes managing and resource planning
Good at problem analysis & resolution
Coordination & motivating others
Fluent English in both written & oral
