Job Descriptions:
- Reports to the Sales Manager Asia;
- Helps maintain strong Sales Relationships in assigned geographical zone - conducts sales efforts & sales expansion strategies where assigned by and together with Sales Manager;
- Travels as needed to provide training and technical support with regard to BTT Weihai products (maining for carpet backing) & solutions as well as to successfully meet sales objectives;
- Collects, understands and communicates relevant market information and factors influencing sales;
- Works closely with Plant Management and the Division Technical Textiles Management;
- Prepares sales forecasts & potentials and manages those together with the Sales Manager;
- Provides timely and efficient follow up to all sales leads - follows up product development end to end and tracks on time and qualitative delivery of product samples.
- Meets or exceeds assigned sales objectives

Requirements:
- Work experience in tufting carpet industry is a plus;
- Ability to use computer software to make data analysis and present data and reports in a meaningful standard format;
- Excellent presentation skills; ability to effectively present information to Management and Customers;
- Strong market analysis, strategic planning, leadership and teambuilding skills;
- Aptitude for technical selling;
- Must be able to travel about 50% of the time, including international travel for 1-3 week periods
- Ability to work under deadline pressure & deliver high quality, timely results - Result driven.
