DermaGenoma’s Research and Development department is looking for a bright, talented Chemist.
The Chemist will be engaged in creating new products, formulation, bench mix, original research, Development of analytical procedures, scaling manufacturing , GMP, QC, and marketing and operation support.
Our dream candidate is passionate about product development, has a fierce curiosity, and thrives in spearheading new projects in a team environment located in beautiful costal city of Weihai.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:
1、Developing hair and skin care product formulations to meet specified market needs
2、Completing test requirements on new formulas prior to market launch
3、Evaluating new ingredients/technologies that provide superior product benefits
4、Providing manufacturing support in transitioning formulas from R&D to pilot batching to full scale production
5、Assisting QC in the areas of batch testing and approvals, establishing test specifications and updating bench standards

Our candidate must have an MS degree and three years experience in Hair and Skin care formulations. Must be knowledgeable in GMP and global regulatory requirements. Also, the candidate must have experience in pilot batching and scale up manufacturing. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

日化研发工程师的主要职责范围：新产品开发、新技术研发、配方研究及调试、产品分析流程的制定、批量生产、GMP,、QC、营销，并在生产操作上提供技术支持。

具体职位描述：
1、开发护发及护肤产品配方，以满足特定的市场需求
2、产品上市前，完成各项新配方指标测试
3、评估新成分和新技术，不断提升产品性能和价值
4、在配方从研发到量产的过渡阶段，积极为生产提供技术支持
5、协助QC做好批量试验和评估，建立试验数据及程序的标准化并及时更新，维护。

应聘条件：

1、对产品研发具有热情，有强烈的求知欲，勇于面对挑战，具备良好的团队协作能力。
2、研究生学历， 3年以上护发，护肤相关工作经验者优先。
3、熟练掌握GMP和全球日化行业政策法规。
4、必须具备日化产品配方调试和批量生产的工作经验。
5、能够熟练操作Office办公软件。
